Kate is crawling. At first she was very cautious - only took a few crawls forward and then camped out for a while by a toy, or door, or corner of the wall...crazy what things amaze babies. I never knew that a trashcan, dishwasher door, and any cord dangling could be so much fun. It is a wonder why we continue to buy all those cute bright colored toys when in the end it's mom's cell phone that they want instead...speaking of cell phones mine is officially broken due to Kate's excessive drooling and new found chew toy. Yes, it is my fault that it is broken, I should have never given it to her in the forst place but when I discovered that letting her hold it saved us from many cry fests in Target it was totally worth it - plus this phone is centuries old - almost Zack Morris style! hehe :)
Anyway, she is now on the loose and crawling everywhere. It is fun to have her follow me around but also a new stage in our life now as I cannot leave her alone anymore. She wants to discover everything around her. Very, very cute.
