The "magic" book...

There has to be something magical about a favorite picture book of Kate's. I say "magical" because I believe she could look at it the entire day and not get tired of it. Don't get me wrong - I LOVE that she loves to read but after about the 20th time in a span of 10 minutes it gets a bit old. I could opt to not read it and hide the book but how can I take a book away from her??? This morning it was the first thing she picked up. She brought it to me in the kitchen and stared at me as if to say "hello??? aren't you going to read this to me???" When I said just a minute and let me finish making breakfast she pulled a full out tantrum on the floor. Yes, a tantrum over a book :) Wish I had the video camera on her at that moment. I finished what I was doing as she cried and cried ( so sad....) and then we began our morning of reading. No tears. So are you wondering what this magical book is???? I bet you cannot guess.... It is New Testament stories - a lift the flap book. Our baby loves her Jesus!!!!
