Kate got her first pair of "big girl" shoes. Big girl shoes meaning they have real soles - miniature versions of adult tennis shoes and oh so very cute! We met kameron for lunch at the mall this week and ventured into Nordstoms. And of course I found lots of shoes - for me that it is :) but of course the ones I liked were well over $100 so I splurged on Kate and got her shoes instead :) Boy, did she LOVE getting shoes. The sales woman measured her foot and put the shoes on Kate, with huge smiles I am not sure when the word "shoes" stopped coming out of Kate's mouth. Then, the best part of all she got a pink balloon. WOW! What a day. That has been the toy of the week. The balloon is now a sad deflated balloon but is still keeping Kate's interest. I am pretty sure I have a girly girl on my hands!
