mommy of 2....

I cannot believe I am saying that..."mommy of 2" I still cannot wrap my mind around the fact that we are a family of 4 now. Kara sleeps so much that half the time I kinda forget she is here - She is so quiet and sleeps so well that we lay her in her bed and get her when it is time to feed. Kate was very different - she woke up every 2 hours on the dot to eat. She also had a lot of gas and a little reflux so she was a bit fussy at times. Wouldn't trade all those sleepless nights and holding sessions for the world though! I fell asleep with Kara on my chest the other night and it brought back so many fond memories I had of Kate and I doing that pretty much every day at every sleep time. Makes me want to do it more! Anyway, we are having so much fun with the girls - Kate has grown up over night. I swear she knows more words than she did 2 weeks ago and continues to amaze us every day. She counted to ten the other day! Where did that come from??? It is so fun to watch her grow into a little girl and on the other hand kind of sad to see her grow up before our very eyes. Will keep you updated on the two girls in the next week or so...
