weird

So we went to the library yesterday...a normal outing for us...we chose our normal 15-20 books for the week ( yes, we HAVE to get that many). This time though was different. Kara was fixated on going down the "chapter book" aisle. I kept telling her that her books were on the other side but she insisted we go down that aisle. I finally let her peruse the aisle thinking she would bore of it quickly but no. She looked for a good while and found a book that was "kara's book". I told her to put it back and that is was not appropriate for her but the tantrum came. I honestly did not want to deal with it. I was hot and hungry and wanted to go so i told her fine get it. So we get to the check out counter and I finally took a look at it and this is what it was:

Yes, the title is Love.com

What?????

It is basically a love triangle drama in comic book form.
So the crazy thing is she is totally attached to the book. This is how I found her yesterday..

She did not want to leave the house without her book either.

And today I heard her shuffling around in her rook after nap and low and behold she came walking down the stairs with her precious book.

oh my, I hope she looses interest fast or we will have much to deal with when returning it.
