moving and other stuff

Yes, left you off at we are moving....

Yes, we are moving...again.

To make a long story short, we bought land with the intention of it being a "future thing" but decided enough with all this moving and let's do it now.  ( that was a long run on sentence!)  The schools are great, the community is smaller, lots to love.
     We sold our TCU house quickly, moved back into our previous house( it was being leased and lease was up) and then sold it the weekend we moved back in!  We are still here and move out in February.
     We have LOVED all of our houses and have been blessed beyond measures with amazing neighbors and life long friends.  We have learned a lot about what we like and dont like in a home and are now on the adventure of building from scratch.  Yikes!  Big project but so excited.  Our builder is wonderful and we feel very confident going through with it in this new chapter of our lives. 

Here is our plot :) There are rolling hills and lots of elevation.  We are super excited.  Building begins in February.

 

Kids are loving school this year.  And we have enjoyed getting into the holiday season.  I am trying to simplify this season.  Challenging because we have so much going on but I am making little changes. 

Trying to focus more on the kids, being together, spending time with the Lord, and taking outside distractions away.  Challenging but what better time to do it.  Happy November!!
