It's GO time!

Yes, we are still here.  The blogging came to hault while we moved back in the fall but continued to hault as we moved AGAIN to a rental home about a month ago.  Yes, we have moved twice in less than a year.  Yes, we have lived out of boxes for 7 months and will continue to live out of boxes for another 7 months.  And yes, we are crazy. BUT the end is in sight and we begin the building of what we hope to be our final move for a verrrrrry long time if not, forever :)  The rental home has actually been better than I hoped for.  The kids transitioned so well.  They didnt skip a beat.  We are in the same hood as one of our houses and know all the neighbors.  Thats a huge plus.  The house is quaint and clean.  This moving and living out of boxes has taught me that a home is not the "stuff" thats in it or not in it, its not the square footage, its not even the actual house that makes it a home.  Its the people in it, the neighbors around you, and the memories you make in it.  Im learning a lot this season of life.  God has been working hard on me  this year and I'm not gonna lie, its been a challenge and tough at times.  But in it, God has been so so good, and so constant, and so tender with me.  Interesting that in my mess and in my feelings of instability, He continues to be the stable.  So although this transition period hasnt always been fun , I have seen God in a new light and have grown closer to Him and clung closer to Him than ever before.  And for that, I am grateful.
So we begin this adventure and I will attempt to blog the progress of our new home.

Until then here are some pics of the growing kiddos...

I love that they are all squinting.  They get this from me!
