This is the life...: Happy 3rd Birthday Bear!

Friday was Kara's 3rd birthday! Boy, has time gone by. Our baby girl is a big girl now! It feels like she has been 2 forever! Poor Kara has been forced to grow up over the past 2 years with brother being born when she was 2. What a trooper she has been though and she has amazed us with all she knows and can do. With being the middle child, it is easy to "keep her in the middle".... Kate always gets the first and last word :) Kate does things first, while Colin gets all the oohs and aahs being the baby. We try not to make her the "middle" child but it is just hard sometimes. She is very sensitive and needs extra love and care. I love that about her. She loves to lounge and cuddle. I know that if I ever want to lay and watch tv, she is my girl :) Actually, if there is anything I want to do, she is my partner in crime - kind of a mama's girl :) I wanted to make her birthday special and I think we achieved just that. Miss Kara knew it was her day and she enoyed every single minute. There was not one whine at her party! ( if you know kara well, you know she has the whine down to a t! haha!) We celebrated her birthday Thursday at Celebrations. What a fun time with great friends. Kara picked out a 3 year old ribbon at the party store along with pink plates, purple napkins and green forks - she was very specific. And of course, she picked out a tinkerbell cake. We had a great time playing and enjoying Kara's day. All of her special friends from old to new came. Thank you to all who came for making her day special!
